VISION
To bring awareness to the issue of low self-esteem and to eradicate its effect on the lives of women of every color, culture, creed and socioeconomic status.
What we believe
We are a Christian organization founded upon biblical principles. According to Ephesians 4:5-6, we believe there is One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. We believe Jesus is Lord to the glory of the Father!

Nyesha Thompson served as an active member of the Potter’s House Church of Dallas, Texas for 25years, as an ordained Elder, an instructor of the Potter’s House School of Ministry (P.H.S.O.M.), a member of the Potter’s House Praise Team and an Enrollment Coordinator for Jakes Divinity School. Later, she joined her husband at Word of Faith Worship Center in Fort Worth, TX to further serve in ministry. Nyesha was raised in Gary, Indiana but relocated to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex during the summer of 1992. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master's degree in Professional Development with a minor in Management, both obtained from Dallas Baptist University.
Elder Nyesha was raised in a family full of pastors, ministers, and musicians, therefore deeming it inevitable for her to walk in that same anointing. She feels that part of her mission in life is to promote mentorship and leadership. She believes that it is important to utilize every opportunity to spark growth in others by planting seeds of empowerment.
Nyesha defines herself as a student of life. She feels as though “life is a gift waiting to be unraveled”. Her ultimate goal is to become successful according to biblical principles while she looks forward to exploring new things in her life and on the horizon.
